The Role of Administrative Leadership in Supporting Culture of Quality and Excellence Based on Kaqa Excellence Model: An Implementation Study

Based on the King Abdullah Quality Award (KAQA) excellence model, this study seeks to understand management leadership's role in supporting quality and excellence. The applied Saudi Electricity Company, estimated have (33957) employees all Arabian branches (KSA). current used a constructed questionnaire with 32 items spanning six dimensions. first dimension assesses determining company's strategic direction, while second leadership’s monitoring system institutional performance. On other hand, third is about enhancement of relationship concern. fourth aims assess promoting company culture quality, excellence, innovation. fifth measurement leadership implementing governance social responsibility. last managing changes, risks, crises. found statistically significant differences between participants an administrative monitoring, reviewing system, Thus, organization should evaluate management. Administrative also fosters creativity. This demonstrates need for review, develop, improve direction.
